Get ready for the 2012 East Side Family Sock Hop! This great event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 4th. Volunteers are needed for setup, cleanup, food and soda donations, and to work various shifts during the event. The second week of East Side Foundation’s IXL Math Marathon has begun. Every class has a new opportunity to win a Pizza Party! Log on to www.ixl.com to participate. The class with the highest average number of problems attempted per student will win. At the end of the two-week math marathon, the top class will win the Grand Prize Trophy and the winning student will receive a $50 gift card to Lakeshore Learning Store. Keep up the great work!
