the best place to leave my child’s forgotten lunch or snack? If you decide to bring it to school, please leave the labeled lunch or snack on the designated table in the cafeteria. This will ensure that your child receives his/her food without interrupting important instruction time.
the first meeting for All Pro Dads? In the cafeteria, this Friday, Sept. 2nd from 7:00-7:45am. Please RSVP so that the kitchen staff can prepare breakfast for all those who attend. Also, don’t forget to park across the street in the church parking lot. (allprodad@eastsideelementary.com)
the East Cobber Parade? On Johnson Ferry Road near Mt. Bethel Elementary. It will begin at 10am on Saturday, Sept. 10th. Don’t forget to donate hard candy (no chocolate please). The bin will be placed in the room next to the Tiger’s Cage (marked “Candy Donations for East Cobber Parade”). Then come on out on the 10th to cheer on our East Side administrators, teachers, students, and Teacher & Professional of the Year!
